Little Red Hen Bakery is a community-driven bakery in Salida, Colorado. We make bread, bagels, pies, pastries and treats from scratch with all-organic grains, sourcing locally whenever possible. We mill in-house and bake fresh daily to provide the community we love with the best our local farmers have to offer. We and our customers value our connection to the farmers that supply us.
Products & Services
We make bread, bagels, pies, pastries and treats from scratch. Our target market are locals, tourists, busy families, and wholesale customers that value a connection to their gaming community, neighbors and fresh-baked quality products. We mill in-house and use Mountain Mama (Monte Vista, CO) wheat berries, pastry flour, Rouge de Bordeaux, and Ring-a-Ding Farm's Rye berries (Howard, CO).
