We'll be there alongside world-class music, Colorado craft beer, and breathtaking Rocky Mountain views. What does it take to build a stronger local grain economy? Join the Colorado Grain Chain and Flatirons Farmers Coalition for “Let's Talk Grain: Building Local Grain Resilience.”

This panel brings together farmers and local grain enthusiasts to explore the challenges and opportunities of building a robust regional grain system — from funding sources like CGC Microgrants to the relationships, infrastructure, and investment needed for long-term viability. 

We'll dig into key barriers (market access, equipment, space, existing contracts) and discuss how to plan for a resilient, adaptable future amid uncertainty  

Come early to mingle, stay for the panel discussion, and wrap up the afternoon with a happy hour. Small bites from local producers will be provided by Flatirons Farmers Coalition. Food and drinks will also be available for purchase from Dry Land Distillers.
