Calling all grain folks! CGC Members, The Pig & the Plow are hosting an industry meetup and happy hour at Stodgy Brewing to celebrate the coming busy season, connect with some like minded folks, and see what’s happening in the Northern Colorado Grain Community (which is lots!).

The Bread Bakers Guild of America and the Colorado Grain Chain are excited to present From Seed to Slice: Northern Colorado, a field trip exploring regional grains on Colorado’s Front Range. Participants will visit The Pig and the Plow: Farmstead Baked Goods (Fort Collins), Moxie Bread Co. (Longmont), and Speedwell Farms and Gardens (Longmont) to see firsthand how farmers, millers, and bakers are working together to grow and use local grains in their communities. Come spend the day with fellow bakers and make new connections!
