We currently raise hard red wheat, hard white wheat, soft red wheat, soft white wheat, triticale, and millet.
Wheat varieties include Breck Hard White Wheat, Cheyenne Hard Red Heirloom Wheat, Mediterranean Soft Red Heirloom Wheat, Rustic Red Wheat, Scout 66 Red Heirloom Wheat, Serenely Soft White Wheat, Snow White Wheat, TAM 105 Red Wheat, Turkey Red Heirloom Wheat, and Windy White Wheat.
We grow red millet and marvelous millet.
