This video features Colorado Grain Chain members of the San Luis Valley including Mountain Mama Milling, one of Colorado’s first organic grain farms turned mill, and Tumbleweed Bread, a bakery that has grown from a home-based cottage business to a brick-and-mortar shop, sourcing grain exclusively from the San Luis Valley.
