We are the San Luis Valley's community supported, naturally leavened, whole grain Wholesale Bakery.

All the grain we use is regionally grown, most here in the valley. These beautiful grains are then stone-ground into unrefined flours to preserve the plentiful nutritional benefits found in their unprocessed berries (seeds) - naturally infusing our products with the prebiotic fiber, proteins, vitamins and minerals lost to modern breads.

Common in ancestral diets of some of the longest lived populations on earth (blue zones), fermented whole grain breads are consumed as a daily, ritualistic staple.
