Jonathan and Aimee Snowden are the owners of Raisin’ Rye Bakery in Del Norte, Colorado. The couple purchased the existing bakery with a vision of continuing its tradition while growing it into a welcoming gathering place for the community.

Today, Raisin’ Rye Bakery focuses on handcrafted sourdough breads, pastries, and fresh breakfast items made with care and traditional baking methods. The bakery also emphasizes the use of locally sourced grains whenever possible, highlighting the agricultural heritage of the San Luis Valley and supporting regional farmers.

Under their ownership, the bakery has grown to employ nine local staff members and has become a popular stop for residents and visitors alike.

Jonathan and Aimee are passionate about strengthening the local economy, supporting regional agriculture, and creating a warm, welcoming space where everyone is welcome to gather over good bread and coffee.
