We are a Community Supported Bakery (CSB) in Colorado Springs, offering long-fermentation sourdough breads and pastries, and other unique items, to customers across the front range. As in any share program you pay up front for a season of bread and help support our growing Cottage bakery. We partner with local farms to bring you products at the peak of their season! Our breads evoke a feeling of an olde world way of eating, and we pay special attention to detail and customer service.

We started our bakery in 2019 by supplying neighbors with loaves of bread. That quickly expanded in 2020 to large markets and bread shares. Because of how our customers have supported our growing family business, we are now baking out of our own space! This will allow us to increase production and expand our business as we move forward.  Back in 2023 we built an outdoor wood oven, and we bake in that whenever the weather allows. We also take advantage of the lowering temperature after baking bread by dehydrating and slow cooking some of our other products.  

It has been an incredible journey for us, and we are very grateful for how our business gets us elbow to elbow with farmers and others who are passionate about clean foods and strong community. Thank you!
