Moxie Bread Co is a community bakery specializing in organic fresh milled heirloom grain with locations in Louisville, Boulder, and Lyons, Colorado. When Moxie is not busy baking breads and pasties, they are playing banjo, singing songs and dancing to the light of the full moon high in the Colorado Rockies.
Products & Services
All of our baked goods are made with organic heirloom grain, mostly sourced directly from regional and local farmers. We also sell fresh milled local and regionally grown heirloom flour.
