The mission of the Mancos Bakehouse is to provide and operate a shared community bakery that educates, supports, and empowers local, cottage, and home bakers. The bakehouse is a collaborative space for learning the art and science of the production of bread, pastry, and other baked goods, with an emphasis on the use of local products, natural leavening, and sustainable practices.
