When Kim and Jake opened their bakery in 2010, it was with one singular philosophy: Using the finest ingredients available, we bake only foods that we would serve our guests, feed our son, and enjoy ourselves. That mission didn't change after Jake was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. To us, a gluten-free life didn't have to mean an enjoyment-free life. We hope you can taste the love in each and every bite.
