Holidaily Brewing Company is a 100% dedicated gluten-free craft brewery based in Golden, Colorado, founded by Karen Hertz in 2016. Born from Karen’s desire to enjoy great beer while following a gluten-free lifestyle, Holidaily set out to prove that gluten-free beer could deliver the flavor, quality, and experience of craft beer.

Holidaily brews and packages all of its beer on-site and uses alternative grains—primarily millet and buckwheat—in place of traditional gluten-containing grains such as barley, wheat, and rye. The brewery’s commitment to dedicated gluten-free production and rigorous certification allows it to create beer for people with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities while welcoming anyone who appreciates well-crafted beer.
