CastleDough is an artisan bakery in Castle Rock, Colorado, dedicated to handcrafting breads and pastries with integrity and purpose. From sourdoughs and focaccia to bagels, brioche, and seasonal creations, every loaf is made with organic Colorado-grown grains that honor the farmers and millers behind them.
What began as a small wholesale operation has grown into a community-focused bakery, supplying local coffee shops, markets, and restaurants while also sharing fresh bread directly with neighbors. CastleDough’s philosophy is simple: quality over quantity, real ingredients, and a deep respect for local agriculture.
By showcasing many Colorado flours like Yecora Rojo, Winter Langin, and Rouge de Bordeaux in their breads, CastleDough is helping to build stronger connections between grain, grower, and community table.
You can currently find CastleDough breads and pastries at The Emporium, SALT Craft Meat Market, Oo-de-Lally Coffee, Crowfoot Valley Coffee, Stack'd, and other local partners — with a brick-and-mortar bakery opening in Spring 2026.
