Nonprofit
Tomorrow's Bread is a one-of-a-kind value added food producer 501(c)(3) which improves food and health equity by using hyper-local, organic agricultural products to produce fresh, dignified food for at-risk communities. Tomorrow’s Bread firmly believes that “no one should worry over tomorrow’s bread,” a slogan that encapsulates their vision of reducing food-related stress and building a foundation for food security. Tomorrow’s Bread provides loaves of whole grain, organic sourdough bread, distributed weekly to La Puente’s food bank network and shelter, and occasionally to The Boys and Girls Clubs of the San Luis Valley.
Beyond the San Luis Valley, Tomorrow’s Bread partners with bakeries across Colorado through their Satellite Baking Program. By partnering with bakeries, Tomorrow's Bread is able to expand the geographical impact and ensure that grain is sourced as close as possible for the donated whole grain sourdough loave provided to communities. Each participating satellite bakery must be able to produce a whole grain, sliced loaf and have a means to deliver it to a local charity of their choosing, such as a food bank or pantry.

Products & Services
Tomorrow’s Bread is dedicated to producing healthful, dignified foods. Tomorrow’s Bread uses unrefined flour to produce loaves of whole grain, long-fermented breads–an often-inaccessible but reliable form of nutritious, gut-friendly food. Tomorrow’s Bread’s efforts offer high-quality, nutritious food that honors the community it serves while reducing wealth exportation by maintaining a circular rural economy through sourcing the primary bulk ingredient locally. Tomorrow’s Bread’s primary bulk ingredient is a whole grain, stone ground organic hard red wheat flour which is grown and milled just miles from where the bread is produced in Monte Vista.
