Colorado’s Slow Food Western Slope functions as a chapter of Slow Food USA, a non-profit educational organization.  The Western Slope is rich in farms, orchards, ranches, vineyards and the arts and epitomizes the concepts of Slow Food – people live Slow Food. 

We believe that good, clean and fair food is a universal right. We envision a world where all people can eat food that is good for them, good for the people who grow it and good for the planet.
