After many years immersed in food and wine, a seven-year hiatus brought me back to the industry with a fresh philosophy: great food should not only taste extraordinary, it should also nourish the land, the community, and the body.
That vision comes to life each day with the talent of our Head Chef, Jesse Rogers—formerly of The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs and Dunton Hot Springs in the San Juans—alongside our dedicated team. Together, we’ve created something we’re proud to call a true gem in Salida, Colorado.
