Raleigh Street Bakery is a cottage food operation located in north west Denver. We specialize in making a variety of sourdough breads that are made with fresh milled whole grains.

We mill about 50% of the flour we use in house and use the following varieties on a regular basis- turkey red, rye, kamut, einkorn, and buckwhe
