Emilia represents a heartfelt ode to Italy, drawing inspiration from the diverse regions of the country with a special emphasis on Emilia-Romagna, the birthplace of culinary staples such as Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar and prosciutto di Parma.
Emilia is the latest concept from restaurateurs Ty Leon, Heather Morrison, and Austin Carson. The pasta-passionate trio that brought Restaurant Olivia to Wash Park, now have their sights on RiNo.
While their hearts stay in Italy. Emilia combines the culinary-hospitality-stewardship found only at Olivia, with the time-honored recipes and flavors found only in Emilia-Romagna. Until now.
Products & Services
The Dear Emilia menu features local flours from Dry Storage, Haxtun Heritage Mills, Bow and Arrow, and a variety of other local products, from Ela Family Farms pear butter to beef from Grama Grass Livestock, local greens and mushrooms. Plus, a focus on local spirits from Dryland Distillery and Leopold Bro.
