Crafted Concepts is a restaurant group currently consisting of 5 restaurants and we will be opening our sixth in June at the Denver Art Museum. Owned by Chef Jennifer Jasinski and Beth Gruitch we focus on sourcing the best products available at Rioja, Bistro Vendome, Euclid Hall, Ultreia, and Stoic & Genuine. The sixth restaurant in the Denver Art Museum will focus on grains, locally sourced produce, and sustainably raised animals.
