Cactus Hill Farm is a multi-generational farm operated buy Alan Miller and his daughter Elena. We have about 300 acres of irrigated organic ground and 150 acres of pasture for our flock of 250 ewes of dual purpose sheep, with fine wool breeds. We recently expanded our rotation into wheat, and grew 3 acres of organic emmer (farro) wheat as well as 25 acres of hard white spring wheat. We sell wool fleeces and wool products at our online store but are hoping to expand to wheat berries and flour.
