Dry Storage is a micro-Mill, Bakery, and Cafe located in Boulder, Colorado.  Dry Storage specializes in organic, house-milled, heirloom wheat breads we sell by the loaf, to our restaurant group, and also highlight across our food menu. 
Products & Services
We are currently focused on growing our team to start offering wholesale bread, pastry, and flour to restaurants in Boulder. Our favorite heirloom grains to use currently are Sonoran White, Red Fife, Turkey Red, Rouge de Bordeaux, and Abruzzi Rye. We partnered with Jones Family Farm in 2020 to grow 60 acres of organic heirloom wheat in the San Luis Valley of Colorado.
