Move Mountains Market & Refillery is a new woman-owned, mobile bulk food truck and refillery currently in development in Colorado with a mission rooted in service to our local agricultural community. This project was born from lived experience, deep respect for producers, and a commitment to building more resilient, transparent local food systems.
Before this business, I was a farmer myself. Last year, I lost my farm when the landowner decided to sell the property. Like so many others in agriculture, I witnessed firsthand how fragile access to land and how difficult finding stable markets can be. That experience shifted my path, but it didn’t shift my purpose. It deepened it.
I know how hard it is to find consistent, fair, and reliable markets. I know what it feels like to grow incredible products and still struggle to reach customers. And I know how powerful it is when people truly understand where their food comes from and who grew it.
I know how hard it is to find consistent, fair, and reliable markets. I know what it feels like to grow incredible products and still struggle to reach customers. And I know how powerful it is when people truly understand where their food comes from and who grew it.
That’s where Move Mountains Market & Refillery comes in.
When launched, the truck will function as:
- A mobile bulk dry goods market
- A zero-waste refillery
- A story-driven marketplace highlighting Colorado producers
- And a mobile CSA pickup location for local farms
My goal is to stock the shelves with as many Colorado-grown products as possible, such as:
- Flours (Wheat, GF, or baking blends)
- Dry beans
- Popcorn
- Quinoa
- Dry Pastas
- And anything else that can be sourced regionally
In addition to agricultural producers, I am also excited to partner with local artisans and makers whose values align with regenerative practices, sustainability, and community-rooted business (think bread bakers, small batch food entrepreneurs).
One of the most important aspects of this business is that it will be story-forward. I want to help tell the stories behind the folks that are behind the product. Who grew this? What land did this food come from? What challenges and care went into producing it? I want producers to feel genuinely seen and valued, and the customers to be deeply connected to the land and why we must work to preserve these traditions.
Expand your CSA customer base - without leaving the farm!
Another key part of the vision is to serve as a mobile CSA pickup hub for local farms. This means you can expand your customer base and distribution footprint without leaving your land, without staffing extra market booths, and without taking on more logistical strain. I want to help farms reach more communities while reducing the burden on farmers.
Current Stage of Development
Move Mountains Market & Refillery is currently in its development and build phase. The truck will be custom fabricated (yes, I am building and fabricating it myself because why not). This phase takes time, but it also gives me space to intentionally build relationships with producers now so that once the truck launches, we are already rooted in real partnerships.
The goal is to officially open and begin regular operations in March 2026. Between now and then, I am actively seeking:
- Wholesale relationships with Colorado producers
- Artisans looking for mobile retail placement
- Farms interested in CSA pickup partnerships
- And collaborators who believe in strengthening local food economies
Please reach out to me via email or through my website if you are interested in working together!
If you grow it, make it, process it, ferment it, dry it, grind it, or craft it and you care about your land, your community, and your customers - I would love to connect!
I'm open to learning and growing as to what Move Mountains Market can do for you.
