Green Hill Farm is a grain and vegetable farm in Peyton, Colorado, east of Colorado Springs. We use regenerative growing practices to produce the most nutritious grains and vegetables possible. We're currently improving the soil and experimenting with different grains with an expectation to offer heritage and ancient grains for sale in late 2025.
